Faqs...

Q. How many photos may I use in the montage?
A. You may use as many as you like, we suggest that you limit the number from 8 to 15. This depends upon the theme of your montage, the size of your montage and the style you are looking for. Some photos will appear to be larger and some photos will appear to be very small. The more photos you use, then the more photos you will have in a smaller display within the montage.

Q. How do you arrange the photos?
A. We use our creative talents combined with your input to help the montage or collage appear as you had hoped. In order to do this, we ask that you identify your photos with a number one (1) on the picture that is your most favorite, and subsequent numbers on all photos with the highest number being the picture that you might be able to live without should there be no room for it within the creation.

Q. Will you use every photo that I provide?
A. We will do our best to use every photo provided, if for any reason we are unable to use a particular photo we will contact you prior to completing the creation.

Q. What are some reasons on why you would not use a photo?
A. A photo may have an inferior pixel quality to it that would distract from the overall quality of your final product. Keep in mind that the original quality of your photo will be the same when it appears within the montage or collage. We do our best to enhance pixel quality, output resolution as well as color. However there are times when an original photo, regardless of how many enhancements have been added, will simply not do well as an enlargement.

Q. Will you accept professional portraits?
A. Due to copyright laws, we are unable to accept any photo with obvious copyright marks, or photos that we believe to have copyrights. Should you be able to provide us with consent from original photographers, or studios then we will gladly accept your photos along with your signed Release.

Q. How long will it take to process my order?
A. You may expect to have your order returned to you within 3-4 weeks. We process orders on a "first come first served basis". Should you have a special occasion and hope to expedite the processing of your montage, we will do everything possible to return it to you prior to your special event.

Q. How do we send our photos to Memory Montage, Inc.?
A. You may E-mail photos. Please call us, or e-mail us to let us know we will have the good fortune of your business. At this time we will discuss the types of photographs that you have. If the photo is digital we ask that you do NOT reduce its original size in anyway. With that said, many large files may not always be sent at one time, and they may have to be sent 2 or 3 per e-mail until they have all been received. Otherwise, you may burn your photos to a CD and mail the CD to us, or hand them to your sales person who will take care of the rest. If you are using hard copies, you may mail them to us. We would then scan your hard copies and upload to our system. There is a minimal fee for hard photographs. We also suggest that prior to mailing any priceless original that you retain the original and send us a duplicate. Any photo that you do send to us will be returned with your creations. We will not accept any liability for any damage which may incur within the postal system (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Q. How long do we have to order re-prints?
A. We will retain your creations for one year. Prior to the destruction of your creations we will mail you a friendly reminder to be certain you are no longer in need of any reprints.

If you have questions that have not been answered, please feel free to e-mail us or phone us and we will get back with you as quickly as we can.
